Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, (2 twins,1 queen), full bath with antique clawfoot tub, living room/dining combo, kitchen with stove, refrigerator/ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, blender, hand mixer, crockpot, screened in front porch with plenty of porch rockers. *TV includes local channels and streaming, DVD player and WIFI.

*Downstairs: 1 bedroom, (2 twins), TV, half bath with sink and toilet, 2 shower stalls. NOTE: Downstairs has a private, separate entrance and is included in the whole house rental.

Off street parking is available for several cars. There is a charcoal grill provided and a picnic table in the back yard. Central heat and air is provided throughout the house. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer on the premises. Linens (kitchen/bedroom) are provided but not towels.
